A Symphony of Healing Sound Bath

You are a frequency.

You vibrate.

Everything in the universe vibrates.

Your vibration dictates what shows up in your reality.  Healthy body, healthy mind, abundance, healthy relationships, purpose, etc, it is all a reflection of your vibration.

Allowing yourself to be immersed in healthy vibrations, allows your cells to begin to mimic them. This is called entrainment.  As our cells become healthier with a healthier vibration, our life will begin to transform.  Those headaches will disappear, your sleep will improve, those grudges will melt away, it will appear that you are just luckier somehow, and the list goes on.

I invite you to join me in this beauty symphony of healing on the body, mind, and soul level by getting comfy with your yoga mat, blankets, and cushions and allowing the soothing vibrations of the crystal singing bowls and tuning forks to wash over you.
